Becoming an accredited Neuro Change Practitioner shows that you are committed to mastery of the Neuro Change Method. The six steps described below represents a high-quality process. We are serious about quality control. Not only will this help you to be the best Practitioner that you can be, but it will make sure that your clients get only the best.
Step 1: Document your Client Hours
Accreditation requirement:
- Spend 100 hours teaching the Neuro Change Method.
- 75 of those hours need to be paid hours and 25 can be pro bono work you offer clients
Proof to be submitted:
A spreadsheet that documents each of your sessions. The spreadsheet should document:
- The date and time of each session,
- The name of client for each session,
- The Neuro Change topic covered,
- and a contact number for the client.
During each session, you should ask your client whether they would mind providing their contact details in case a random check of your spreadsheet should occur.
Step 2: Attend Mentorship sessions
Accreditation requirement:
- Attend 10 hours of Mentorship with a Certified Neuro Change Mentor
- Get your Mentor to sign off that you have attended all sessions and that they consider you to be ready to be an Accredited Practitioner
- We have suggested a cost of $250 USD for individual mentor sessions, and $125 USD per person for group mentor session. Speak to your mentor for additional pricing information.
Proof to be submitted:
- “Mentor Hours: Evaluator Assessment” form, signed and completed by your Mentor.

Step 3: Create a portfolio of video evidence
Accreditation requirement:
- Provide an Accredited Neuro Change Mentor with video recordings of you teaching the Neuro Change Method to clients
- You should provide at least 2 x 15 min videos for the Mentor to assess
- The Mentor will provide you with feedback and sign off that you pass the presentation and facilitation standards of the Neuro Change Institute
- The fee for this is $150 USD.
- Gain permission from the client to use a part of the session during your accreditation process.
- The video should be a good representation of how you present the material and interact with clients
- You should be visible in the recording so that we can assess how you present the material. The client does not need to be visible
Proof to be submitted:
- A copy of your video portfolio
- “Video Portfolio: Evaluator Assessment” form, signed and completed by your Mentor.
